Unlike shared venues or generic rental halls, Villa Marittimi is always booked in full exclusivity: for the duration of your event, the entire property is yours. No other guests, no other events, no interference — just you and the people you invited.
The ground floor opens onto the garden, ideal for welcoming guests, a buffet or a relaxed living area. Upstairs, a dedicated space is equipped as a private club, with professional sound and lighting already installed — simply plug in a phone or a DJ console and the party can start.
Outdoors, the historic garden and a porphyry-paved area offer room for different moments of the event, indoors or out. The villa comfortably hosts up to 140 guests in its indoor spaces alone, so bad weather is never a real problem.
